About Ulrika
I am a trained translator with over ten years of experience. I have previously worked as a translator for the state administration in Finland, as an in-house translator for Sweden’s largest translation agency and as a university teacher of translation studies. I am now based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where I run my own translation business. My language services primarily comprise translations from Finnish into Swedish, but I also offer language revision and proofreading of texts in Swedish.
I was born and grew up in a Swedish-speaking region of Finland, and to ensure the highest quality for my services, I translate texts only into Swedish, my native language. It is important to me that the language of my translations is concise and that the terminology I use is consistent. To ensure this, I use various kinds of translation tools.
